We had a fantastic time at Sky Ranch last week. The students were very well behaved, and we received several compliments from both parent chaperones and Sky Ranch staff about how wonderfully they behaved.
We've collected pictures from the trip from TCE staff and parent chaperones. You may view those pictures here.
Field Day
Information from PTO:
Also, we have volunteer opportunities!! I wanted to personally reach out to all our parents and let you know we will need your help if you’re available! We are looking for volunteers to help run games and activities for the different groups throughout the day.
Please use the Sign-Up Genius to sign up for a time slot. As we get closer we will be reaching out with your specific station and instructions!

Background Check: https://www.coppellisd.com/Domain/3443
As a reminder, you MUST have a background check completed to volunteer for a station or walk with your class! I can not stress this enough. If you do not have your background check done, we cannot let you on campus to volunteer. You can complete it through the district website. If you have issues, PLEASE feel free to reach out to me directly!
I am so excited for an amazing day for our learners to wrap out this year!
Thanks from your TCE Field Day Coordinators!

Talent Show
Parents are invited to attend the show on Wednesday, May 24th. The show will begin at 8:00 AM.
Our graduation ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 25th at 1:00 PM. We ask that you arrive by 12:30 so that everyone can be seated and ready for our ceremony to begin. Please RSVP to our 5th Grade Graduation Ceremony here! This will help speed up the check-in process once you arrive at school for the ceremony.
Students will be invited to dress up for the ceremony. We would suggest dress pants and a collared shirt and/or dresses or skirts with nicer shoes. If your fifth-grade boy is going to wear a tie, please pre-tie it before you send it to school. They can bring their nice clothes with them to school to change into after picnic lunch (which will be earlier than normal).
Our 5th Graders will do a "last walk" on the last day of school. Parents are invited to come to the school to watch them as they partake in their last walk as an elementary student. Parents must sign in at the front office upon arrival, so please allow yourself plenty of time. If you'd like to come and cheer, we suggest lining up around 12:10, as we plan to start our celebratory walk at 12:15. Therefore, we would suggest you arrive no later than 12:00. You can stand in the front area (near the cafeteria and gym) as our 5th Graders exit the building. Students will still need to be officially dismissed by homeroom teachers, so it will be important for them to walk all the way through the breezeway outside to say goodbye to teachers before leaving with parents.
Ms. Martin, our principal, sends out a weekly parent newsletter. Please make sure you read this every week.
